Following her time flying, she was posted to National Defence Headquarters where she began her IT career working as a liaison between business and IT. This work led to Brenda becoming the Application Architect for the implementation and subsequent upgrade of PeopleSoft HRMS at DND and then a move to the private sector as a consultant for PeopleSoft where she was the application architect for ! the implementation of PeopleSoft at Department of Defence in Australia.
